Moteef's Terms of service.
Terms of service
Moteef reserves the right to change any part of this website at its discretion including, but not limited to, prices, shipping costs, descriptions and policies.
The Moteef website is intended for personal shoppers. If you have a trade/wholesale enquiry, please contact Terri Ioannou by phone or email.
Moteef takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any comments posted on our site by you or third parties.
It is assumed that you accept these Terms of Service when you purchase from Moteef.
No portion of this site may be used for any commercial purpose except by written consent to and by the author, Terri Ioannou. All designs, text, images, graphics and logos are subject to copyright. Social network sharing and blog link references are great but we'd feel even happier if credit was given to Moteef.
Moteef’s textiles are digitally printed using a dye sublimation process. We cannot guarantee that fabric from different print lots will look exactly the same but you can be assured that print quality and consistency is of utmost importance to us. We will do our best not to send you mixed print lots where multiples of the same pattern are ordered.
Our products are made with care using quality materials considered for their end use. If you believe there is a fault with your product, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or exchange. We guarantee the quality of our manufacture for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please contact us as soon as you feel there is a problem so that we may assess the most appropriate course of action. If, after inspection, a returned product is found to have a major manufacturing fault, Moteef will offer a full refund or replace the item and cover the replacement shipping costs. Moteef reserves the right not to repair, refund or replace any item found to be damaged through misuse, accidental or neglect.
All printed fabrics will invariably fade over time if exposed to extended periods of UV light. However, our independent laboratory tests report very good colour fastness of our digitally printed fabric for up to 500 hrs of direct sunlight; 5-7 out of 8 depending on the pigment. Our outdoor cushions are best displayed year round on covered patios and porches where they are protected from the elements. Do not neglect in full sun. We strongly advise that customers follow the care instructions that are sewn into the inner seam of our cushions, suggested on the swing tag and/or provided at the point of purchase.
All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping charges until checkout. Moteef is not registered for GST in Australia and therefore is not required to charge it.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal as methods of payment. Items are charged to your credit card as soon as they are processed online.
Our shopping cart is powered by Stripe which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
Orders and payments
All items for sale are subject to the availability of stock. If your item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified and given the option to wait for delivery or to accept an exchange or refund.
Moteef reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed.
A voucher can only be redeemed from www.moteef.com.au and needs to be used in it's entirety during one shopping visit. Valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be transferred to cash.
For all shipping charges and related information, see our Shipping Info.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not comply with our Returns Policy.
We may publish links on our blog or social media accounts that link to other service providers’ sites. This is by no means consent to send Moteef, or those businesses or individuals, unsolicited commercial messages or SPAM.
Limitation of liability
Moteef are not liable for any loss or damage or injury, howsoever caused which you may suffer or incur (including, but not limited to, damages arising out of, related to or resulting from your use or access to, or inability to access, this website, your reliance on any information provided herein, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operational transmission, computer virus, bugs etc).
If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation states that there is a guarantee in respect of goods or services supplied, and Moteef’s liability for failing to comply with that guarantee may not be excluded but may be limited, our liability for such failure is limited to, in the case of a supply of goods, replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or in the case of supply of services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
If a dispute arises regarding these terms and conditions or our supply of goods and/or services, the laws of Western Australia, Australia, will apply. In relation to any such dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia if the dispute cannot be settled amicably. The place for resolution of disputes shall be Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
